I have to say that I thought that Forrest was going to get himself killed going into this match with Quinton Jackson, but obviously that didn't happen. It just goes to show how far you can go with the right heart. Forrest went from Ultimate Fighter first season to UFC champ, and beat Jackson? this is just another upset in MMA and shows that you never know what's going to happen in these battles.
